Board of Indiabulls Housing Finance recommends interim dividend

Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 January 2018, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 14 per equity Share (i.e. 700%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
