Buyback offer opens on 07 February 2018
Technocraft Industries (India) announced that the buyback offer opens on 07 February 2018 and close on 21 February 2018. The last date for settlement of bids on the stock exchange is 01 March 2018.The company proposes to buyback 28 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 525 per share under tender offer route.
