The Board of Inditrade Capital at its meeting held on 04 December 2018 has decided to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Robocash, a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore, engaged in the business of online and offline retail lending, for entering into a joint venture which will be engaged in online and offline consumer lending, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals as may be required.The Joint Venture aims to leverage the technology platform and global experience of Robocash to provide 'payday loans' to individuals in India.
