Board of Infibeam Avenues approves allotment of 66.55 cr bonus shares

At meeting held on 24 March 2021

The Board of Infibeam Avenues has approved the allotment of 66,55,26,790 equity shares by way of bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1. The total paid up equity share capital after the bonus issue will increase to 1,33,10,53,580 equity shares of Rs 1 each.
