Board of ISF to consider Q3 results and preferential issue of shares
On 11 January 2017
ISF announced that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 11 January 2017 inter alia, to consider and approve:i. the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended on 31 December 2016.
ii. to consider the issue of shares on Preferential Basis.
