Board of Jaypee Infratech appoints directors and CFO

With effect from 31 July 2017

Jaypee Infratech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 July 2017 has approved appointment of Keshav Prasad Rau and Shanti Sarup Gupta as Additional Directors with effect from 31 July 2017. The Board also appointed Ram Bahadur Singh as Additional Director and CFO with effect from 31 July 2017.
