Board of Jindal Saw appoints CFO

At meeting held on 27 July 2015

Jindal Saw announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 July 2015, has designated Narendra Mantri, Head-Commercial of the Company, as 'CFO' under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
