Board of JMD Telefilms Industries approves allotment of bonus shares

At meeting held on 02 January 2015

JMD Telefilms Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 January 2015, have approved following business:

- Allotted 7,21,46,000 Bonus Equity Share in the ratio of 1:1 upon approval of Members in the EOGM held on December 18, 2014.
