At meeting held on 10 February 2015
JSL Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Accepted resignation of Y. N. Vinchrkar, as a Director of the Company, hence he ceased to be a director of the Company w.e.f. close of duty hours on 10 February 2015.
2. Approved the appointment of Sudhir Chemburkar, as Additional Director (Independent) of the Company.
3. Approved the appointment of Jaydev Paneri, as Additional Director (Independent) of the Company.
