The Board of Kalpataru Power Transmission at its meeting held on 03 August 2021 has approved the appointment of Dr. Shailendra Raj Mehta (DIN: 02132246) as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director for a period of 5 (five) years with immediate effect, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
