Board of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries allots 25,600 equity shares under ESOS

The Board of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries at its meeting held on 05 May 2021 has allotted 25,600 equity shares of Rs. 5 each upon exercise of employee stock options pursuant to 'KFIL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017'.Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 69,18,71,405 comprising of 13,83,74,281 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
