Board of Kitex Garments approves incorporation of four new subsidiaries
At meeting held on 12 October 2018
Kitex Garments announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 12 October 2018 has approved incorporation of 4 Wholly owned Subsidiaries (WoS) of the Company with an investment of Rs. 10 lakhs each constituting Rs. 40 lakhs. The Company has incorporated a Wholly owned Subsidiary viz., Kitex Littlewear and other WoS company incorporation is underway. The incorporation and investments are in line with investment plan for Kitex Garments Strategic Road Map 2025.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
