Accepted resignation of K N Narayanan, Independent Director with effect from 30 June 2019.

Approved the appointment of Jaswanth Munoth as Independent Director with effect from 01 July 2019.

Accepted resignation of R Venugopalan, CFO of the company with effect from 30 June 2019.
