Board of Linc Pen & Plastics recommends final dividend

Linc Pen & Plastics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
