With effect from 21 January 2015

Lloyds Metals & Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 January 2015, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Nitesh Tanwar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 21 January 2015.
