Lumax Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 July 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decision:- Nominated Shwetank Tiwari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 August 2015 in place of B.S. Bhadauriya.
