Board of Lumax Industries appoints director and company secretary

With effect from 03 February 2018

The Board of Lumax Industries at its meeting held on 03 February 2018 has appointed Tadayoshi Aoki, Nominee of Stanley Electric Co. as an Additional Director and thereafter as Senior Executive Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from 03 February 2018. The Board has appointed Ankita Gupta as Company Secretary with effect from 03 February 2018.
