At meeting held on 28 March 2015
Lykis announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 March 2015, inter alia , has adopted/ approved the following business :1. Board noted the stepping down of Nazim Charania as the Director of the Company and approved the appointment of Sajid Dhrolia as the Director of the Company.
2. Appointed Aditi Mehta as the Woman Director on the Board of the Company, in Compliance of Clause 49 (II) (A) (1) of the Listing Agreement.
3. Appointed Rajendra Manilal Shah as the Independent director of the Company.
