Board of M K Exim (India) recommends bonus issue of 2:1

At meeting held on 21 December 2021

The Board of M K Exim (India) at its meeting held on 21 December 2021 has approved issue of bonus equity shares in ratio of 2:1 i.e. two equity shares of Rs 10 each for every one equity share of Rs 10 held by the shareholders of the company as on the record date.
