The Board of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India at its meeting held on 09 May 2020 has appointed Dr. Anish Shah as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, with effect from 09 May 2020, subject to approval of the Shareholders.
