Board of Marathwada Refractories approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 30 June 2015

Marathwada Refractories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 June 2015, has transacted the following;

1. Appointment of Ganapathy Venkatesh as additional director of the Company and will be a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Audit Committee

2. Malu Sanjay Tolaram has resigned from the office of Director.
