Gokul Refoils and Solvent announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 June 2015, has transacted and considered the following businesses;1. Considered and taken on record the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat in the matter of Scheme of Arrangement.
2. Considered and decided the revaluation of remaining Undertaking of GRSL.
3. Considered and decided the Consideration for transfer of Sidhpur Undertaking and Sidhpur windmill undertaking to Gokul Agri International.
4. The resignation of Kanubhai Jivatram Thakkar as a Managing Director of the Company was accepted by the Board of Directors. However, Kanubhai Thakkar continued as a non-executive Director of the Company.
