Medinova Diagnostic Services announced that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 29 November 2016, inter alia, to transact the following:- To consider and approve raising of additional equity capital by issuance and allotment of equity shares on preferential basis at such issue price per equity share as may be determined as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations subject to approval of shareholders through postal ballot and other statutory authorities (if any).
