Board of Megasoft approves appointment of CFO and company secretary
At meeting held on 11 August 2015
Megasoft announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 August 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Shridhar T is appointed as a Key Managerial Personnel in the capacity of CFO in terms of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. He is a MMS from the University of Bombay with over 25 years of multi-industry experience and has been with the company for over seven years.
2. A Sathyamoorthy, a member of the ICSI, is appointed as Company secretary & Compliance Officer to comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.
