Board of MRF approves fund raising up to Rs 102 cr from NCD issue

At meeting held on 08 November 2019

The Board of MRF at its meeting held on 08 November 2019 has approved raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis aggregating to an amount not exceeding Rs. 102 crore in one or more tranches, and have authorised the Finance Committee of the Company to determine the detailed terms and conditions thereof.
