Board of Natural Capsules appoints director & company secretary

At meeting held on 26 March 2015

Natural Capsules announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015, has transacted the following:

1. It was resolved to appoint Jyothi Mundra as Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect, in line with the revised provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

2. It was resolved to appoint D. R. Anand, a qualified Company Secretary, as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 23 March 2015.
