The Board of Orissa Sponge Iron & Steel at their meeting held on 18 August 2018 transacted the following -Approved the induction of Chittaranjan Aggarwal as Additional Independent Director and Renu Singal as Additional Independent and Woman Director on the Board.
Took note of the resignation of Anurag Tulsyan from the Board.
