Board of PAL Credit & Capital approves draft letter of offer for rights issue

At meeting held on 21 January 2015

PAL Credit & Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 January 2015 has approved the draft letter of offer for rights issue of Rs 4.32 crore subject to clearance by the legal advisor to the rights issue.
