Board of Paras Defence approves incorporation of an associate company

At meeting held on 18 October 2021

The Board of Paras Defence and Space Technologies at its meeting held on 18 October 2021 has approved incorporation of an associate company in association with Krasny Defence Technologies, who is a prominent player in the field on defence equipment maintenance and wholesome refits of the Indian Naval and Indian Coast Guard Ships. The proposed associate company shall be engaged in the field on maintenance, servicing and repairs of defence equipments and naval vessels.
