Pearl Agriculture announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 January 2015, have discussed, approved and taken on record the following:-1. Resignation of Prachi Harishkumar Chheda as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 09 January 2015.
2. Resignation of Omprakash Bajaj as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 09 January 2015.
