Photoquip India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 March 2016, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following business:Pursuant to the Ordinary Resolution passed by the Members of the Company by Postal Ballot on 15 February 2016 for sale of Intellectual Property Rights relating to the brand 'Corvi' together with the domain name www.corvi.com to Corvi LED, the Board of Directors of the Company signed the Agreement for sale with Corvi LED.
