Board of PI Industries recommends dividend

Of Rs 1.2 per share

PI Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2014, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 1.2 per equity Share (i.e. 120%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
