Board of Piccadily Agro Industries approves bonus issue

At meeting held on 14 February 2015

Piccadily Agro Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 February 2015, have recommended issuing of Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to the shareholders of the Company. The approval of shareholders & consequent changes will be taken through Postal Ballot.
