The Board of Polygenta Technologies at its meeting held on 07 January 2019 has appointed Sudhindra Rao Narayana Maganti (DIN: 01820347), the present Chief Executive Officer of the Company as an Additional Director in the capacity of Managing Director and CEO for a period of 3 years with effect from 01 February 2019, subject to the approval of the members.
