Presha Metallurgical announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:- To shift registered office of the Company from A/302, Maruti Complex, Gotri Road, Nr. Nathubhai Circle, Vadodara-390006, Gujarat to Ff-30, Flat No. 103, Sun Square Complex, Sama Savli Road, Vadodara - 390008, Gujarat w.e.f. 18 February 2015.
