Radhe Developers (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 28 January 2016, inter alia, have approved the following business:1. Resignation of Prafulbhai C. Patel as Chairman and Director of the Company w.e.f. 28 January 2016.
2. Re-appointment of Ashishbhai P. Patel as CEO and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 January 2016.
3. Appointment of Ashishbhai P. Patel as Chairman of the Company w.e.f. 28 January 2016.
