At meeting held on 12 August 2015
Rander Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :1. The Board has appointed M/s. Martinho Ferrao & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor under the provisions of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 for the F.Y. 2014-15.
2. The Board approved the Consolidation of present Equity Shares from 1 Equity share of Rs. 1/- each to 1 Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each.
3. The Board appointed Ami Kothari as an internal auditor of the Company under section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013.
