Board of Saffron Industries approves appointment of director and company secretary

At meeting held on 15 February 2018

The Board of Saffron Industries at its meeting held on 14 February, 2018 which extended till 15 February, 2018 inter-alia has considered and approved the following:

A. Srinivas be and hereby appointed as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Saurabh Somani be and is hereby appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company with immediate effect.
