Sagar Tourist Resorts announced that the Board of Directors has submitted an application under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 to Registrar of Companies (ROC), Punjab, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh seeking permission for extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting till 31 December 2015.The date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be intimated to the Stock Exchange as and when decided.
