Board of Samkrg Pistons & Rings recommends final dividend

Samkrg Pistons & Rings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
