Honeywell Automation India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Noting of resignation of Sneha Padve as Company Secretary w.e.f. 04 May 2015.
2. Appointment of Sangeet Hunjan as Company Secretary (KMP) w.e.f. 25 May 2015. Sangeet Hunjan has also been designated as Compliance Officer.
