Board of Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores recommends dividend

Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of nominal value of Rs 10 per share subject to approval of its shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting.
