Sanmitra Commercial announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2015, inter alia approved the following other business:- It is decided to shift the Registered office of the Company from present address 302, Monarch Chambers, Marol Maroshi Road, Andheri (E) Mumbai - 400059 to 13, Prem Niwas, 652 Dr. Ambedkar Road, Khar (West) Mumbai - 400052, Maharashtra and also decided to have Corporate Office at 71, Laxmi Building, 4th Flour, Sir P.M. Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400001 for administrative purpose.
