Board of Sarda Energy & Minerals approves buyback of shares up to Rs 121.67 cr

The Board of Sarda Energy & Minerals at its meeting held on 23 April 2022 has approved buy-back of upto 8,11,108 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each at a price of Rs 1,500 per equity share aggregating to an amount not exceeding Rs 121.67 crore.
