Satya Miners & Transporters announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2016, inter alia, has discussed, considered and approved the following :- The Board of Directors herewith accepted the resignation of its present director Maloy Mohanta and the board also appraised the time and services he has devoted to the affairs of the Company.
