Board of SBI Life Insurance Company recommends interim dividend

SBI Life Insurance Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 March 2018, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
