Board of Secunderabad Healthcare approves change in directorate

With effect from 28 March 2016

Secunderabad Healthcare announced that Surendra Naidu, Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from 28 March 2016.

The Board has also accepted the Resignation of Surendra Naidu, Director of the Company with effect from 28 March 2016.

Further, Sanjay Busa Malla has been appointed as additional Director on the Board with effect from 20 April 2016.
