Board of Sesa Sterlite recommends dividend

Sesa Sterlite announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 October 2014, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 1.75 per equity Share (i.e. 175%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
