Board of Seya Industries allots 19.7 lakh Preference Shares

The Board of Seya Industries at its meeting held on 05 April 2019 has allotted Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares in following manner:

1. 3,82,409 CCPS to SC India Trust - SC India Fund a SEBI Registered Category II Alternate Investment Fund and

2. 15,88,131 CCPS to the persons acting in concert with Promoters.
