The Board of Siel Financial Services at its meeting held on 23 January 2022 has decided to takeover / acquire Climax Overseas, a company involved in involved in manufacturing and exports of Automotive, Defence, Railways & other Industrial Components having its registered office at Delhi and to appoint an Independent Professional to carry out the due diligence of the said company.
